Charter and all inclusive tour airline owned by First Choice Holidays Plc - a leading british tour operator. Airline was formed when Air 2000 [AMM] rebranded in fall 2003. First Choice operates tours from UK to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Africa and Southeast Asia resorts. Airline also operated scheduled leisure flights to Cyprus, Spain and Portugal and charter flights world-wide for other parties. First Choice Holidays was acquired by TUI Travel of Germany to form new multinational TUI Plc. TUI Plc consolidated its airline subsidiaries under Thomson Airways beginning in November 2008, effectively abandoning the First Choice Airways brand.
