Charter airline founded as a subsidiary of Portugal's flag carrier TAP with 51% stake and Viagens Abreu, the largest tour company in Portugal with 49% stake. Yes operated charters primarily to Brazil and the Caribbean. Because the airline was not profitable TAP, which later increased its holding to 75% decided to shut down the operation at the end of 2005.
