Formed as an air taxi service in 1962 by Garfield “Gary” Reum - a Terrace BC Chevrolet dealer and a pilot Doug Chappel who became also the manager.
TPA bought Omineca Air Services Ltd. (est 1956 Burns Lake BC) in January 1970.
In December 1979 company was sold to Pattison Group which also owned Pacific Coastal and AirWest airlines at the time. All three airlines were transformed into Air BC later that year.
The airline was acquired by Harbour Air in 1993.
