Subsidiary of Norway based LCC Norwegian Air Shuttle. Company received its AOC in February 2014. Ireland is part of European Union which enables Ireland registered aircraft to operate on more European routes due to the bilateral restrictions from Norway to the EU. The airline began transatlantic services on June 16, 2017 between points in the UK and medium-sized cities in the US and Canada. These services ended in September 2019. As a casualty of the bankruptcy of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, the airline certificate was retired in April 2021.
