EASA part 145 private IT charter airline founded after Livingston Energy Flight charter airline was acquired in December 2011 by RT Srl (Riccardo Toto Investment company). Riccardo Toto's father, Carlo Toto owned 5% shares of Alitalia's parent company CAI. Livingston Energy Flight was grounded by aviation authorities in October 2010 and was declared insolvent. New Livingston plans to start operations using Airbus A320s to destinations around the Mediterranean out of its base at Milan Malpensa. Airbus A330 is due to join the fleet for the winter 2012/13 season to serve destinations in Central and South America, Africa and Indian Ocean.
